Ahmed is a Tenant Relocation Specialist and the Founder of People Passage, leading the work with a strong commitment to dignity, housing stability, and community care. With years of hands-on experience in tenant-centred relocation projects across Vancouver, he has supported both market and non-market tenants to navigate complex redevelopment processes and secure safe, appropriate housing.

Before founding People Passage, Ahmed worked with Brightside Community Homes Foundation as a Tenant Relocation Coordinator, where he helped shape compassionate relocation practices rooted in respect, transparency, and accountability. He is well-versed in relocation policies and procedures and is known for approaching complex challenges with calm, professionalism, clear communication, and an ability to bring diverse stakeholders together from tenants and community advocates to municipal partners and housing providers.
